At our academy, we believe Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is for everyone—and we’re working to create space, support, and opportunity for women to thrive in this powerful martial art that has traditionally been dominated by male athletes.

A Place Where Women Can Learn, Grow, and Lead

Jiu Jitsu builds confidence, strength, and resilience. But for many women, stepping onto the mats in a male-dominated space can feel intimidating. That’s why we offer dedicated Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu classes and Women’s Self-Defense Classes —safe, encouraging environments where women can train with one another, learn real-world techniques, and grow at their own pace.

These classes are open to all skill levels—from complete beginners to advanced students—and are led by knowledgeable, supportive instructors who understand the unique needs of female practitioners.

More Than a Program—A Personal Mission

Our commitment to women’s empowerment in Jiu Jitsu comes from something deeply personal. Inspired by the journeys of his daughter, stepdaughter, and the strong girls and moms training at the academy, our head instructor recognized the need for a space where women could feel supported, confident, and capable in every aspect of their training.

Their courage, growth, and resilience have fueled a passion to make Jiu Jitsu more inclusive and empowering for all women. What began as a few supportive classes has grown into a movement—driven by a belief that every woman deserves the tools to protect herself, the space to grow, and the support of a like-minded community.

Women’s Classes Offered

  • Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu Classes: Train in a supportive, all-female environment focused on both fundamentals and advanced techniques.
  • Women’s Fitness & Defense Classes: This program blends full-body workouts with effective, easy-to-learn techniques for real-life situations
  • Mommy & Me Class: Learn fundamental jiu jitsu with your kids aged 3+ in a fun low pressure environment
